In addition, the candidate will be responsible for the distribution of the printed monthly publications and inserts.Essential Job Functions:Work closely with the marketing, renewals, and production teams to manage operational campaign setup using advanced systemsWork with editorial and design team to update and fulfill all printed premiumsMonitor backorders of fulfillment piecesAnalyze, interpret, and evaluate reporting to forecast trends in order to maintain adequate inventoryManage monthly fulfillment of all printed publicationsBuild and maintain strong working relationships with affiliates and third-party print vendorsResearch and find new opportunities and partnerships as a print buyerCollaborate with other departmental managers regarding promo production and other revenue generating offersAssist the Director of Operations in communicating operational objectives, purposes, and any new system developments to other departmentsQualificationsBachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience the operations industry with some print buying experience is recommendedStrong understanding in process and work flowAbility to communicate across management levels in formal and informal settingsThe ability to find more efficient ways to improve processesExtremely organized and is able to manage multiple schedulesExcellent communication skills, written and verbal with the ability to take complex issues and make understandable to the lay personSelf-motivated with the ability to prioritize multiple projects, work independently and follow through as requiredDemonstrated initiative, business savvy, leadership, and problem solving abilitiesAbout Agora FinancialAgora Financial provides independent economic commentary through print and online publications, print and e-books, films and international conferences.
