Your main job will be to try to break our software in any way possible, create automated processes to test the stability of our code, and collaborate directly with developers to understand and fix bugs.What you will do:Lead development of QA strategy and test planning for productsLead QA test efforts, directing other testers as neededFeature and function testing: build out a unit test env for code function testing, and structure a git flow based feature check-in for everyone to use.Attempt to find exploits or bugs by non-standard mechanisms.Understand the infrastructure enough to work with developers on pinpointing (and potentially fixing) any issues.Review system logs to find bugs or exploitable functions.Design and implement automated production tests (either a cmdline script or potentially a nagios plugin).Review and close out project tickets by validating all requirements.About You:3+ years of QA and PHP Web development experience.Experience with unit testing, agile development, and release cycles.Fluent in Linux command line, SQL, and source control using git.Bachelor’s degree preferred.Ideally local to Lancaster, PA.About the Perks:Joining a fast-growing company, best known for respectfully turning down a $2 million deal on ABC’s Shark Tank – the largest offer ever on the show.Working directly with our co-founder and our CTO, whose last software company gained 40 million users and was acquired by a part of our brand new, centrally located and beautiful Lancaster office.Company sponsored health, dental and vision plansA 13” MacBook AirWork alongside world-class talentFlexible Vacation / Paid Time Off PolicyHealthy snacks, coffee & tea offered dailyTeam building activities and catered lunchesPersonal style encouraged (or not, whatever you’re in to)Apply:
