(Downtown Los Angeles) Ecommerce and Marketing Manager Job Description As our Ecommerce and Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the success of our digital sales channels.

You will help up us continually evolve our digital marketing strategies with the overall goal of increasing revenues.

This job is best suited for a self starter who knows what needs to be done and isn’t afraid to execute on it.

Measured success will be critical and can lead to your own team under the guidance of your strategic vision.

This is a ground level position with the opportunity to shape the digital side of the business.

Who We’re Looking For We are seeking an energetic, passionate, and personable team member with the ability to see the big picture as well as the small details, make proper trade offs, and continue to evolve our digital marketing strategies to meet aggressive goals.

The candidate must have the ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver results under pressure.

Key Responsibilities ● Establish and evolve all aspects of our digital marketing as related to our online sales channels.

This includes, email marketing, PPC, banner ad media, and social.

● We live in a multi device world.

A major focus will be maximizing conversion across all devices (desktop, mobile, tablet).

● Manage analytics and reporting to drive sales recommendations back to our development team.

● Develop and execute go to market plans and A/B or MVT tests that optimize conversion at each step of the conversion funnel through to maximizing revenue per non-member visitor.

● Work with our content and design team to execute proposed strategies.

Required Skills: ● Experience in an e-commerce or online services company is required.

● Proven experience of delivering both step change improvements in conversion metrics within an ecommerce business as well as ongoing optimization.

● Demonstrable track record of leading strategy and driving execution.

This requires strong communication, organizational and project management skills.

● Experience in testing, with focus on improving conversion at each step to maximizing revenue.

● Strong experience with industry standard marketing and reporting tools Qualifications ● Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications or related experience.

● 5+ years of a combination of consumer marketing and digital marketing experience ● Exceptional communication skills:must be able to articulate a clear, persuasive argument verbally and in writing.

● Strong presentation and PowerPoint skills ● Strongly analytical:must be able to synthesize information from various sources and draw meaningful conclusions.
