Text100’s Creative Technology team is responsible for developing breakthrough components of PR and marketing campaigns which span all communication disciplines, with particular focus on web technologies and interactive executions.
This person will lead Creative Technology projects for some of our most important clients.
Candidates must have a clear track record of digital innovation and delivery, measurable experience in the marketing and development of digital communications, and a deep understanding of internet advancements and technology.
Working in collaboration with our creative and design teams, they will ideate new solutions and bring them to life on the web.
Experience in multi-platform or multi-language work will be an advantage.
In partnership with the creative and account teams, ideate solutions for high profile product launches and ground-breaking campaigns.
Manage projects from inception to delivery, through measurement and into case study.
Work closely with internal and client-side stakeholders, including a network of production teams and quality assurance vendors, and maintain direct ownership of multiple concurrent projects at any given time.
Own and update project scope and development plans for assigned campaigns and deliverables.
Lead all relevant internal stakeholders and third-parties throughout the delivery process, highlighting status, risks and issues, especially as regards the impact to the overall project.
Manage the development of marketing content for multiple digital platforms and stakeholders, occasionally spanning multiple languages.
Prioritize projects and ongoing changes in real time.
Refine interactive processes based on project requirements.
Provide interactive marketing insights and strategy to clients.
Leverage relevant project management and production tools.
Bachelor’s degree or greater in creative, technical or content-related field
Technical proficiency in core Adobe Creative Cloud applications, Dropbox, Office 365, Google Docs and web-based project management platforms such as WordPress or Drupal
The ability to communicate high level concepts and creative direction
Experience researching and developing solutions which break new ground in digital interaction
A proven track record of delivering results with multiple stakeholders, where communication and teamwork is critical
Ability to lead a multi-disciplinary team to a desired result, be comfortable working with creative teams and has ability to give a considered opinion on the development of interactive deliverables
Experience of managing interactive projects from origination, through creative development to QA and delivery, ensuring that all of the necessary approvals are gained before the project is developed, localized and deployed
Managing interactive projects across multiple digital platforms, preferably with an interactive agency background.
Working effectively with creative, development, and cross functional teams
Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and business partners across the globe
Familiarity with internet communication platforms and technologies, particularly HTML5, mobile and social
Organizing information quickly and summarizing succinctly
Accommodating rapid change in an ambiguous environment
Defining process efficiencies
Working under tight deadlines
Communicating effectively one-on-one, and in large groups
Fluent written and spoken English.
