Full Time: Full Stack Web Developer at IMPERO in Wapping, London

Hello, we’re Impero.

We’re an independent, award-winning, creative agency that’s sole purpose is to make tired
brands famous again.

We’re multi-disciplined but our hearts lie in digital.

We work with high profile brands such as
Beefeater Gin, Primark, Lindt Chocolate, The O2, 7Up and a bunch of others.

Right now, there’s about 30 of us (not including the dogs) — but that number grows all the time
because we’re still young, ambitious and pretty good at what we do.

We’d love to meet people who want to be part of and help drive that growth.

The role:

You will be architecting and building different types of websites with best practices in mind and
using different web technologies.

You should be a creative mind and be part of the creative process and all of the life cycle of
projects to bring to the table new and interesting ideas to take things to the next level and work
around technical limitations to help make some award-winning work.

You should strive to inspire not only your fellow developers but also the design and creative
teams.

We want someone who can come up with crazy ideas that push the boundaries of what a website can be.

For that we need someone who knows HTML and CSS inside out, as well as solid knowledge of JavaScript.

You don’t need to know all the frameworks and libraries out there, but you should be aware of them and their concept, and bring them into a project when
and if necessary.

Your goals for year one:

Be involved in 3 award-winning websites.
Architect 1 project from the ground up.
Contribute to the technical knowledge of the team.
Contribute to the processes in place to improve how developers and other departments work
together.
Make every website work consistently across the supported browsers without any major
shortcomings.
The type of people we want to meet:

If you live and breath web technologies and have a creative touch, we want to meet you.

But above
all, you must embody our core values and fit within our culture.

We want to meet you if you…
