We are seeking an Account Strategist to join our growing team.

The primary role of the Account Strategist is to help the users of our tools reach their highest potential by educating them about our products, industry standards, and best practices.

To be a successful Account Strategist, you must be an excellent communicator, a creative thinker, a master of organization, and a passionate learner.

Most importantly, you need to love helping people!We are in the process of expanding our team to support our growing list of global clients.

Our headquarters is located in Atlanta, Ga. The ideal candidate for this position would be geographically located in the US Pacific time zone.
RESPONSIBILITIESEach Account Strategist at Intellum performs the following duties for their portfolio of clients:
Strategy / Consulting: Conduct training and strategy sessions, which help clients most effectively utilize our software for their specific needs.

Our goal is to grow organizations and give our key contacts the tools to influence their organization’s learning culture.
Project Management: Gather requirements for, execute on deliverables, and project manage associated engineering tasks.

Proactively meet the needs of the client in an effort to strengthen the relationship and build trust.
Communicate: Maintain open communication lines with client portfolio to provide updates and grow the relationship.

Share best practices from across the industry and from our other clients to further enhance projects.
Support: Answer Tier 2 (advanced) questions that come in from clients through Zendesk, and support the Tier 1 team in times of heavy work load or absence.
Collaborate: Work with both internal and external teams to manage the entire client lifecycle.

Partner with the Implementation and Sales teams early in the relationship to ensure a good experience and a strong foundation as early as possible.
REQUIREMENTS
2+ years in an Account Management role
SaaS software support experience preferred
Experience with learning-focused software preferred
Zendesk experience preferred
Team player: automatically lending a hand when a co-worker is in need and asking for help when appropriate
Excellent organizational & time management skills
Active learner who will hold him/herself accountable for his/her own job performance
Naturally positive and open-minded; able to view the world from more than one perspective
Creative thinker
Flawless written and verbal communication skills in English
